Transmedia storytelling is the process of conveying messages, themes of storylines to a mass audience through the artful and well-planned use of multiple media platforms.
The team at toddstreet explored ways to break the 4th wall through cross-platform storytelling. In order to put this into a scientific framework, I created a series of touchpoint maps using Project Prometheus and Dark Knight's transmedia campaigns to show how stories can be told and "activated" in different ways in order to engage audiences.
