Brand Development #frombalance
In March 2020, Small Meet Large was hired to develop the branding for a health and wellness coaching firm based in New York, NY. 
In Phase I, we worked on naming, taglines and visual identity, and moved into Phase II of the project to develop the business and marketing plan. This included a monetization model, channel strategy, and lastly the communications strategy around the core products/services (Discover, Deep Dives, Retreats and Talks.) In Phase III, we continued to develop the online presence, including the website and a 190-page digital interactive workbook, to ensure the business was equipped to initiate sales.​​​​​​​
Our Process
We initiated the process with brand strategy and narrative development, including market research, a competitor analysis and customer persona and journey description. Who are the competitors? What is lacking in the wellness industry, including the accessibility to resources? What is the target demographic and psychographic? What would be the unique value proposition for From Balance? 
We then compiled the brand essence (brand direction), company philosophy and approach into a narrative and developed the naming, taglines and key messages.

From Balance Story 

From Balance focuses on mind, body and spirit through transformative practices guiding our clients towards a state of flow. When we are in balance, we can impact and transform the world around us based on clarity and sense of flow. From Balance has been created to address the imbalances in life through the integration of mind, body and spirit. As a community, their mission is to move humanity forward by empowering women to reach fulfillment and achieve personal goals.
In collaboration with other wellness professionals, From Balance provides a holistic and versatile perspective on the concept of balance. The From Balance programs are composed to introduce, instruct and inspire different aspects of balance creation:
Discovery: Guided balance creation in steps
Deep Dives:  Instructed balance creation in class
Retreats: Facilitated balance creation in company

The final logo is used interchangeably with the symbol as a stand-alone, representing layers and progress.

As a key component to the From Balance Discovery program, we created this 190-page interactive self-guided workbook to inspire and onboard clients.

We continue to market the brand across channels, with a dedicated theme of the month, ranging from connection, intuition, purpose and more.
